I should never have mentioned the blog to anyone who might be mentioned in it. Al has wailed over being rechristened "Al", and Liz has insisted that she be called "Claire". Evelyn Waugh wishes to be known as Dear Aunt Rose and Hugh Walpole has taken that opportunity to be called Evelyn Waugh. Of course I very cleverly avoided giving my own name, but my photos certainly leave no mystery as to my identity. I am a tall, dashing youth, a strapping person with clear, frank eyes and skin unfurrowed as piglet testicles.
